For over 40 years, Mt. Lebanon Dermatology has been a trusted name in skincare for the South Hills community. Founded by Dr. Loren Funt, the practice has built a reputation for compassionate, high-quality dermatological care. Now, as Dr. Funt moves into the next phase of his career and steps back from management, we are excited to introduce the new leader of our practice: Dr. Jeremy Udkoff.
With Dr. Udkoff at the helm, Mt. Lebanon Dermatology is entering a new era—one that builds upon our strong foundation while expanding services to provide even more advanced, patient-centered care.
Meet Dr. Jeremy Udkoff MD, MA, MAS, FAAD: Expertise & Innovation in Dermatology
Dr. Jeremy Udkoff is a highly accomplished and compassionate dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, and cosmetic expert. He brings a deep commitment to patient care, extensive experience in surgical and cosmetic dermatology, and a vision for enhancing the practice with state-of-the-art treatments.
A Background Rooted in Excellence
Dr. Udkoff has trained with some of the most renowned dermatologists and surgeons in the world:
- He was the founding fellow of the ACMS-accredited Mohs Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the world-renowned Tel Aviv Medical Center (TLVMC)—the only ACMS fellowship program in Europe, Africa, or Asia.
- He has performed or assisted in over 2,500 Mohs surgeries and countless other dermatologic procedures.
- He trained in cosmetic dermatology with world-class experts, including Dr. Susan Obagi, Dr. Carolyn Willis, becoming proficient in Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser medicine, liposuction, fat grafting, and cosmetic surgery.
- He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and published multiple research papers on Dermatology and Mohs surgery alongside leading experts.
- His education includes an MD and an NIH-funded Master’s degree in Clinical Research from the University of California, San Diego, as well as extensive medical and scientific training before that.
