Lebanon Dermatology and a fellowship-trained and double-board-certified Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon with an extensive experience in skin cancer treatment and cosmetic dermatology. Since 2023, he has been in private practice, bringing his expertise in skin cancer surgery, reconstructive techniques, and advanced cosmetic procedures to his patients.
Dr. Udkoff completed his ACMS-accredited Mohs surgery fellowship at the world-renowned Tel Aviv Medical Center (TLVMC), where he played a pivotal role as the founding fellow in establishing the program. This prestigious fellowship is the only ACMS-accredited Mohs fellowship in Europe, Africa, or Asia. During his training, he performed and assisted in over 2,500 Mohs surgeries and countless other dermatologic procedures, mastering both functional and cosmetic surgical techniques.
In addition to his Mohs surgery expertise, Dr. Udkoff trained extensively in cosmetic dermatology, laser medicine, and aesthetic procedures. He completed a sub-fellowship in cosmetic dermatology under Dr. Ofir Artzi, a global leader in the field, and further honed his skills under experts such as Dr. Susan Obagi, Dr. Carolyn Willis, and Dr. Oleg Akilov. Dr. Udkoff is highly proficient in liposuction, laser treatments, neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), and dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvederm), offering a comprehensive approach to both medical and aesthetic skin care.
His medical training includes a dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where he conducted and published multiple research papers on Mohs surgery under the mentorship of esteemed leaders in the field. Prior to residency, he earned both his MD and an NIH TL1-funded Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from the University of California, San Diego, following a medical internship at the highly regarded Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Udkoff’s approach to patient care is defined by precision, artistry, and a deep commitment to achieving the best medical and aesthetic outcomes. His expertise allows him to offer seamless skin cancer treatment and reconstruction, as well as state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Udkoff enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. His hobbies include spearfishing, chess, baking sourdough, smoking meats and fish, and 3D printing projects with his kids.
