David Lemchak, DO

Dr. David Lemchak is a dermatologist and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. A native of Pittsburgh, Dr. Lemchak is renowned for his individualized attention and compassionate approach, which has made him a trusted provider for patients of all ages. 

Dr. Lemchak began his medical journey at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology before attending the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill. After medical school, he completed a Traditional Rotating Internship at UPMC Altoona Hospital, further refining his clinical skills before advancing his dermatology expertise.

After completing his dermatology residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Lemchak returned to Pittsburgh, where he offers expert dermatologic care with a focus on personalized treatment and patient well-being.

Dr. Lemchak’s osteopathic philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on the patient as a whole and building trust through attentive, compassionate care.
